Childhood Cancer Association

The Childhood Cancer Association is one of Australia's key childhood cancer support organisations.

Established in 1982, the Childhood Cancer Association's mission is to provide practical, hands-on support for children with cancer, and their families from across South Australia and the Northern Territory. The charity does not receive ongoing funding from state or federal government.

The critical support services it provides include:

  • Professional counselling for family members

  • Support for brothers and sisters

  • Financial assistance

  • Home tutoring

  • Accommodation

  • Respite.
