Growing With Gratitude

Growing With Gratitude aims to build and protect the mental wellbeing of young people.

GWG supports young people in schools and sporting clubs by helping to build and protect their mental wellbeing through practicing skills (skills include; gratitude, kindness, empathy, positive reflection, service, friendships, self-awareness and ownership) that lead to greater resilience, positivity, hope and happiness. As well as, developing emotional regulation skills so in adversity young people can use their resilience to see more positively and with hope, as well as find ways to help others in their family and their communities.
